Tips & Meals - How To Lose Weight Without Exercise

I have followed this diet three months, being overweight, without sports, and I lost 6 pounds, so everyone is asking how to lose weight without exercise ? I am not going to explicit on that and let you read the tips and meals down bellow:

Tips: 
- Have a good sleep cycle! (Minimum of 8 hours sleep per night) 
- Drink green tea at the end of each meal is highly recommended, even with a flat spaghetti Carbonates =) 
- At the end of each shower, put ice water on the body! Indeed, the cold water is also "burn" fats 
- Try to breathe slowly, not too much "play" with the heart beat 
- Drink, drink! 2 l. a day at least. 
- Do not remember when pee break arrives. 
- Do take only two meals on starchy 3. 
- Drinking Diet Coke 


Meals: 
Down with Weight Watchers and other sub-empty or prepared products in my diet that works, no need for that. Here is the menu: 

Morning: 
- A bowl of milk 
- Green Tea 
- A cup of coffee in a pinch ... 
- 0% A yogurt 
- A toast without butter, milk bread, three-four light sliced ??bread ... 

Midi: 
- Mandatory Vegetables (any) 
- Mandatory Meat also (even with a little fat huh ... It is not anorexic) 
- Starchy foods to eat to hunger 
- Finish with a diet coke and green tea 

Evening: 
- Mandatory Vegetables (any) 
- Mandatory Meat (recommended fish) 
- No starchy but lightweight yogurt, fruit seasons (not canned huh), soups themselves are recommended! 

So, basically, drink a bottle of diet coke and cups of green tea lose a lot of weight ... And I do not see how this is bad for your health ... 
Too much caffeine is not good indeed, but it is best to consume slimming capsules that give the runs or vomiting, right?
