Fortunately, there are ways to help you eat less and , therefore, not only to avoid gaining weight but also lose through your daily activities. And if you want me to talk to you about how to lose weight without exercise, I tell you to reading the advises down bellow:

You know what they say, " Never go to bed angry" .. Well, it also applies to food : do not go to bed after eating.I suggest you time your meals so that there is at least 2 or 3 hours between going to bed and your last meal. If you lie down right after eating , you will keep the extra pounds .. whereas if you follow this advice , you lie lightly and you leave the right foot the next day to continue your challenge ..
