We all like to live our lives just like a dream, as much easy

is getting away today, life has got busier and faster, also we have obligation
like families and kids to take care of. So start planning your life, get rid
off the bad habits and start a new life with no extra weights.
Least and not last, I recommend you to drink more water than
usual, it will help you to lose weight as much as drinking green tea. Also you
can reduce your time of sleeping, it's so important because sleeping for long
and well is going to make you fat. And always be optimist, try to find new and
creative ways and methods about how to lose weight without exercise.
