angry" .. Well, it also applies to food : do not go to bed after eating.I
suggest you time your meals so that there is at least 2 or 3 hours between
going to bed and your last meal. If you lie down right after eating , you will
keep the extra pounds .. whereas if you follow this advice , you lie lightly

Do not physical exercise does not mean you have to put
yourself on your couch like a potato and watch TV. You must increase your small
daily exercises , this means: walk instead of taking the bus, play with your
